BlueSquad is a company specializing in assembling technology squads tailored to the needs of other businesses. These squads span various sectors, including teams of developers, designers, marketing experts, and product specialists.

Beyond team formation, BlueSquad also handles recruitment, payroll management, HR operations, private healthcare, and other aspects of the hiring process in Spain.

Branding

The brand’s primary goal was to highlight BlueSquad’s ability to cater to a diverse range of talent sectors by designing customized teams that align with each client’s unique requirements.

To achieve this, it was crucial to establish a visual language that conveyed confidence, stability, and professionalism.

A cohesive visual language was developed, applicable across all specialized sectors. This system is built around the geometric shapes that form the logo, ensuring visual consistency and modularity. These elements can be adapted to create multiple versions, making the visual language highly versatile and extendable.

The design of the shields, crafted using these shapes, serves to categorize and easily identify each specialty.

The color palette further enhances this visual language, emphasizing the diversity of expertise within BlueSquad’s teams and reflecting the wide range of skills and services the company offers.


A visual language applicable to different specialized sectors has been created, all of them are based on the same shapes that make up the logo, giving visual coherence and being modular elements to generate multiple versions, being an extendable visual language.

The design of the shields created with these shapes categorize each specialty and make it easily identifiable.

The color palette enhances the visual language focused on different specialties of the teams, as well as conveying the diversity of expertise offered by BlueSquads.
